No smoking is allowed indoors. You're welcome to smoke outside.
Can I host an event or party?
Pelican's View Lodge is a vacation rental for guests staying overnight, not an event venue. Quiet enjoyment is part of being a good neighbor in a residential fishing community. If you're considering a larger gathering, contact us first to discuss.
Are there quiet hours?
We ask guests to be considerate of neighbors, especially after 10 PM. Cocodrie is a working fishing community where many of the locals are up before dawn.
